Monday Manna #27 Rest
Oct 12, 2026 • David Kim
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30 NIV
Rest
Enter in
to God’s rest
Where your soul
can decompress
The place of grace
where we exhale
For Jesus’ death
has torn the veil
So we can enter
The Holy of Holies
Where we find Jesus
Meek and lowly
His yoke is easy
His burden light
Our souls find rest
In His might
The heavy lifting
is done by Him
At our end
is where He begins
